Products introduction

Meet the test standards of JESD22-A101, JESD22-A102, JESD22-A110 and JESD22-A118. It is used to evaluate the operation reliability of non airtight packaged IC devices (solid state equipment) under high temperature and high humidity conditions, and conduct temperature humidity bias (non bias) high accelerated stress life aging test on chips, semiconductors and other components.

Product features

◎The double arc design of the inner liner can prevent condensation and water dripping during the test, so as to prevent the product from being directly impacted by superheated steam during the test.

◎The product meets JESD22-A100 to A118 bias (BHAST) or unbiased (UHAST) accelerated moisture resistance test and saturated high-pressure steam (cooking) test.

◎The product is compatible with high accelerated temperature and humidity stress HAST aging test and high-pressure cooking PCT moisture resistance test.
