PCT high-pressure cooking aging test chamber

PCT high-pressure cooking aging test chamber meets JESD22-A102 accelerated moisture resistance penetration test. Used for moisture resistance evaluation and robustness test. The purpose is to evaluate the moisture resistance of non hermetic packaged solid state components in compressed and saturated moisture environments. Accelerate the penetration of moisture (plastic packaging material, chip passivation layer) or design change (chip, electric shock size) into the interface between the metal conductive layer under high pressure and high humidity, so as to identify the failure mechanism inside the package.

◎The double arc design of the inner liner can prevent condensation and water dripping during the test, so as to prevent the product from being directly impacted by superheated steam during the test.
